顺义区居民糖尿病知晓率、治疗率及控制率情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解顺义区居民糖尿病知晓率、治疗率及控制率现状,为本区糖尿病的预防与控制提供依据。方法采用多阶段分层整群随机抽样方法随机抽取顺义区18岁及以上共计931名居民进行问卷调查和血糖检测。结果 2015年顺义区18岁及以上居民糖尿病发病年龄呈现年轻化趋势,糖尿病患病率为24.06%,糖尿病患者知晓率为77.23%,治疗率为44.64%,治疗者的控制率为26.00%。城市居民糖尿病知晓率高于农村同年龄段居民知晓率,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。各年龄段的糖尿病知晓率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论顺义区城区居民的糖尿病知晓率高于农村地区、总体治疗率和控制率均有待提高,需建立完善的糖尿病管理机制,加强健康教育,结合危险因素开展有针对性的措施控制血糖。Objective To understand the awareness rate,treatment rate and control rate of diabetes mellitus in Shunyi district,and to provide evidence for the prevention and control of diabetes mellitus in Shunyi district. Methods A total of 931 residents aged 18 years old and above in Shunyi district were randomly selected by multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling for questionnaire investigation and blood glucose detection.Results The onset age of diabetes in the residents aged 18 years and above in Shunyi district in 2015 was younger,the prevalence rate of diabetes was 24.06%,the awareness rate of diabetes patients was 77.23%.The rate of treatment was 44.64% and the control rate of the therapists was 26.00%.The awareness rate of diabetes mellitus in urban residents was significantly higher than that in rural residents of the same age group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.There was significant difference in diabetes awareness rate among different age groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The awareness rate of diabetes in Shunyi district is higher than that in rural area,and the overall treatment rate and control rate need to be improved.It is necessary to establish a perfect diabetes management mechanism and strengthen health education and carry out targeted measures to control blood glucose in combination with risk factors.
