摘　　要：目的探讨阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓患者的疗效及对血小板参数的影响。方法选取我院在2015年10月~2017年10月诊治的102例脑血栓患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为对照组和观察组,每组51例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,观察组采用阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药进行治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后全血黏度100/s、血细胞比容、血浆黏度100/s、红细胞沉降率、血小板黏附率等血小板参数变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的78.43%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者的血小板参数较治疗前均有所改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阿托伐他汀联合抗血小板药治疗脑血栓患者,疗效显著,可优化血小板参数,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drugs in the treatment of cerebral thrombosis and its influence on platelet parameters.Methods 102 patients with cerebral thrombosis treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected and divided into control group（n=51）and observation group（n=51）.The control group was treated with routine therapy,and the observation group was treated with Atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drugs.The therapeutic effect,changes of platelet parameters before and after treatment such as whole blood viscosity 100/s,blood cell volume,plasma viscosity100/s,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and platelet adhesion rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.12%,which was higher than that in the control group 78.43%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The platelet parameters of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the observation group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Atorvastatin combined with antiplatelet drugs is effective in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis.It can optimize platelet parameters and has important clinical application value.
