摘　　要：目的:观察一清胶囊联合康复新液治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓的临床疗效。方法:选取2017-12~2018-02来我院牙周黏膜病科就诊的糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓60例,随机分成实验组和对照组各30例。两组均给予一清胶囊治疗,观察组加用康复新液,一个月后对两组临床疗效进行对比。结果:治疗一个月后,对照组临床总有效率为53.33%,明显低于实验组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一清胶囊联合康复新液治疗糜烂型口腔扁平苔藓有明显效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqing capsules combined with Kangfuxin for erosive oral lichen planus. Methods ： 60 cases of erosive oral lichen in periodontal mucosa of our hospital from December 2017 to February 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each. The two groups were treated with Yiqing capsule, and the observation group was combined with Kangfuxin. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after one month. Results ： After a month of treatment, the total effective rate in the control group was 53.33%, which was significantly lower than 83.33% in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： The combined Kangfuxin and Yiqing capsules has obvious effect on the treatment of erosive oral lichen planus, which is worthy of clinical application.
