摘  要:水通道蛋白(AQPs)家族是一个具有高度选择性的水转运蛋白家族,选择性表达于上皮、内皮和许多其他类型的细胞,并有重要的生理功能。AQP-1是这个家族中第一个被发现的成员。其广泛分布于外周和中枢神经系统,不仅参与细胞的水运输,还具有细胞增殖、迁移、凋亡、吞噬及神经信号转导等重要细胞功能。同时,AQP-1与痛觉调节有关。其参与偏头痛、背根神经节再生等病理生理学过程。故推测,AQP-1可能与神经病理性疼痛有密切关系,未来其将在治疗神经病理性疾病方面显示出良好的应用前景。The aquaporins( AQPs) family is a family of highly selective water transport proteins,selectively expressed in epithelium,endothelium and many other types of cells,and has some important physiological functions. AQP-1 is the first discovered member of the family. It is extensively distributed in the central nervous system and peripheral nervous system,not only involved in the water transport of cells,but also in cell proliferation and migration,apoptosis,phagocytosis and neuronal signal transduction. At the same time,there is a connection between AQP-1 and pain modulation. It is also involved in the pathophysiology of migraine and dorsal root ganglion regeneration. It is speculated that AQP-1 may be closely related to neuropathic pain,and it will have a good prospect in the treatment of neuropathic diseases in the future.
