摘 要:为更好地培养新型人才、遵循实验教学的宗旨,该文对微生物技术实验课程进行了教学改革的初步尝试与探索。改善了硬件条件,增加了基础设备数量,规范管理、资源共享;优化了课程结构与形式,整合实验内容,扩大学生自主实验范围;建立了新的考核评价体系,将实验设计、操作与基础理论考核相结合,初步取得了良好效果。学生的主动性提高,科研能动性提升,实验教学的效果得以改善。实验教学改革对学生的能力培养和综合素质提升有积极的促进作用。In order to train qualified students to meet the needs of the purpose of experimental teaching, this paper tries to ex- plore the teaching refi^nn of microbiologs~ technology experiment course, finproved the hardware conditions, increased the number of basic equipment, standardized management and resource sharing. The emTieulum structure and fi^nn are optimized, the contents of experiment are integrated, and the scope of students' autonomous experiment is expanded. A new assessment and evaluation system has been established, which combines experimental design, operation with basic themT examination, and has achieved good results initially. The initiative of students is improved, the initiative of research is improved, and the effect of experimental teaching is im- proved. The refi^nn of experimental teaching has a positive effect on the training of students' abilities and the improvement of their com- prehensive quality.
