摘  要:实施本科生科研训练是培养创新型人才的有效途径,可使本科生尽早接触科研,锻炼实践能力,培养创新意识和创新能力。应用化学专业本科生科研训练实践包括查阅文献资料、设计实验方案、自主实施实验,正确分析与总结实验结果、结果汇报等环节。此项训练主要根据学生综合运用知识的能力进行成绩评定。实践证明,组织本科生参加科研训练,不仅提高了他们的创新意识与创新能力,同时提高了他们的判断、建构和知识综合运用能力,有利于本科生的长远发展。Scientific researching training is effective in the cultivation of innovative talents because it offers an opportunity to university students to gain an insight into academic researches,improve their practical capability and innovative awareness.For the students majored in applied chemistry,such a program consists of looking up literature,designing experimental plans,executing the experiments,analyzing and generalizing the results,making a report and performance assessment based on their ability to apply their knowledge in a comprehensive way,etc.The result shows that the program is helpful with their future because it improves both of their innovative awareness and capability and their judgment,knowledge construction and ability of knowledge application.
