摘　　要：目的:探讨环磷酰胺节拍化疗治疗三阴性乳腺癌(triple negative breast cancer,TNBC)的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年5月至2017年5月本院肿瘤科诊断为TNBC的患者50例,随机分为两组(治疗组和对照组),每组25例,治疗组采用环磷酰胺节拍化疗,对照组采用常规剂量的卡培他滨。ELISA检测两组受试者治疗后3、6、12个月的促肿瘤血管生成因子血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)的水平,并统计治疗1年内两组患者的复发、转移及死亡情况。结果:环磷酰胺节拍化疗治疗后6、12个月,促肿瘤血管生成因子VEGF和PDGF的水平均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);环磷酰胺节拍化疗治疗1年内患者的复发、转移和死亡率明显低于对照组。结论:环磷酰胺节拍化疗治疗TNBC的临床疗效确切,值得推广应用。Objective： To investigat the clinical efficacy of cyclophosphamide beats chemotherapy in the treatment of triple negative breast cancer（ TNBC）.Methods： Fifty patients with TNBC diagnosed as oncology in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into two groups（ treatment group and control group） and each group had twenty five patients.The treatment group was treated with cyclophosphamide beats and the control group was treated with conventional doses of capecitabine.The levels of VEGF and PDGF were measured by ELISA in 3,6 and 12 months in both groups,and the recurrence,metastasis and death of the two groups were also calculated.Results： After 6 and 12 months of cyclophosphamide beats chemotherapy,the levels of tumor angiogenesis factors VEGF and PDGF were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 0.05）.The recurrence,metastasis and mortality of cyclophosphamide beats chemotherapy were significantly lower than those of the control group within one year.Conclusion： Cyclophosphamide beats chemotherapy for the treatment of TNBC had the exact clinical efficacy,and it was worth promoting the application.
