摘  要:人类基因组中大部分为非编码区,转录产生非编码RNA(ncRNA)。这些ncRNA可以在表观遗传水平、转录水平及转录后水平调控基因的表达,进而影响肿瘤的发生和发展,是肿瘤诊断、治疗及预后判断的潜在靶标。微小RNA(microRNA,miRNA)和长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是ncRNA的两个重要分类。越来越多的研究表明lncRNA、microRNA参与生物体的各种生理及病理过程,其中恶性肿瘤的相关研究最多。卵巢癌是妇科常见的恶性肿瘤疾病,早期诊断困难、预后差。MicroRNA和lncRNA在卵巢癌的发生发展中的研究进展及相互作用关系近年来引起了人们的关注。本文就这两者在卵巢癌的发生发展过程中的相互作用机制及研究进展作一综述。Most of the human genome is non-coding region,transcription produces non-coding RNA( ncRNA).These ncRNAs can regulate the expression of oncogenes and tumor suppressor genes at the level of apparent heredity,transcription level and post-transcriptional level,and thus affect the occurrence and development of tumor.It is a potential target for tumor diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.MicroRNA( miRNA) and long-chain non-coding RNA( lncRNA) are two important classes of ncRNA.More and more studies have shown that lncRNA and microRNA are involved in various physiological and pathological processes of organisms,among which the most relevant research of malignant tumors.Ovarian cancer is a common malignant tumor in gynecological,which is difficult to diagnose early and has a poor prognosis.MicroRNA and lncRNA in the development and progression of ovarian cancer research progress and interaction in recent years has aroused people's attention.In this paper,the two in the development and progression of ovarian cancer in the process of interaction and research progress were reviewed.
