不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓病的临床治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的评价不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓病临床效果的影响价值,为牙体牙髓病治疗提供参考。方法方便选择该院2016年3月—2017年5月收治行填充治疗的90例牙体牙髓病患者,以随机分组比例分为实验1组(适量填充)、实验2组(超量填充)、实验3组(欠量填充),各30例。对比3个实验组牙体牙髓病患者治疗总有效率、疼痛发生率、治疗满意度。结果实验1组牙体牙髓病患者治疗总有效率(96.66%)、治疗总满意度(93.33%)均明显高于实验2组(70.00%、66.66%)、实验3组(46.66%、63.33%)。实验1、2组经统计学计算,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.680 0、6.666 7,P<0.05),实验1、3组经统计学计算,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=18.467 9、7.954 2,P<0.05),实验2、3组经统计学计算,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.360 0、2.307 7,P>0.05)。另外,实验1组疼痛发生率明显低于实验2组、实验3组(P<0.05)。结论针对牙体牙髓病采取适当根管填充治疗整体效果显著,患者疼痛感轻微,具有推广价值。Objective This paper tries to evaluate the effect of different root canal filling degree on the clinical effect of dental pulp disease, and to provide a reference for the treatment of dental pulp diseases. Methods 90 patients with dental pulp disease treated in the hospital from March 2016 to May 2017 were convenient selected. They were randomly divided into experimental group 1（proper filling）, experiment 2（overfilling）, and experiment group 3（underfilled）, 30 cases in each group. The total effective rate, incidence of pain, and satisfaction of treatment were compared between the three experimental groups of dental pulp diseases. Results The total effective rate of treatment（96.66%） and total treatment satisfaction（93.33%） in experimental group 1 dental pulp disease patients were significantly higher than that of experimental group 2（70.00%, 66.66%） and experimental group 3（46.66%, 63.33%）. Experimental groups 1 and 2 were statistically calculated and,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=7.680 0, 6.666 7, P〈0.05）. Experimental groups 1 and 3 were statistically calculated and,the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=18.467 9, 7.954 2, P〈0.05）. Experimental groups 2 and 3 were statistically calculated,the difference was not statistically significant（χ^2=3.360 0, 2.307 7, P〉0.05）. In addition, the incidence of pain was significantly lower in Group 1 than in Group 2 and Group 3,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Appropriate root canal filling for dental pulp disease treatment of the overall effect is significant, the patient has a slight pain, has promotion value.
