液基细胞学检测在宫颈癌筛查中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨分析宫颈癌筛查中应用液基细胞学检测(TCT)的临床价值。方法方便选取2016年10月—2017年8月在该院进行宫颈筛查的200例患者,所有患者分别行巴氏涂片法检测(对照组)以及液基细胞学检测(TCT组),对比两种检查方式结果,以阴道镜下活检结果为标准,对比TCT检测准确率。结果经阴道镜下活检确诊宫颈癌109例,TCT组检出阳性符合99例,对照组检出阳性符合49例,TCT组检出阳性符合率(90.8%)显著高于对照组(45.0%)。TCT组检出阳性的99例患者经阴道镜活检确诊结果异常90例(90.9%),其中LSIT 17例,HSIL 7例,ASCUS 64例,SCC 2例。结论宫颈癌筛查中采用TCT检测的检出率较高,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得广泛推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical value of liquid-based cytology（TCT） in cervical cancer screening. Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent cervical screening in the hospital from October 2016 to August 2017 were convenient selected. All patients were examined by Pap smear（control group） and liquid-based cytology test（TCT group）. The results of the examination methods were based on biopsy results under colposcopy, and the accuracy of TCT detection was compared. Results In 109 cases of cervical cancer diagnosed by colposcopic biopsy, 99 cases were positive in the TCT group, 49 cases in the control group, and the positive rate in the TCT group was significantly higher（90.8%） than in the control group（45.0%）. Among the 99 patients with positive TCT group, 90 cases（90.9%） were diagnosed by vaginal biopsy.Among them, 17 cases were LSIT, 7 cases were HSIL, 64 cases were ASC-US, and 2 cases were SCC. Conclusion The detection rate of TCT detection in cervical cancer screening is high, which has high clinical application value and is worthy of extensive application.
