摘　　要：目的探讨几种以特殊形式出现的癫痫和癫痫综合征的临床及脑电图特征,为早期识别和治疗提供依据。方法整理116例特殊形式出现的癫痫资料,总结发作期及发作间期的脑电图、实验室检查及影像学资料,分析临床特征。结果临床起病年龄2~65岁;41例呕吐形式发病,多数被认为是Panayiopoulos综合征(PS);头痛发作可以是不同类型癫痫的首发和病后的一种表现形式,也可以是其他非癫痫性疾病的一种症状。腹痛作为一种癫痫或癫痫综合征的分类难以成立;发笑发作伴下丘脑错构瘤可以独立存在。结论癫痫的发作形式多样;某些特殊发病形式既可以是一种独立的癫痫或癫痫综合征,也可以是癫痫发作的一种表现形式,也可以与某些疾病共同存在。因此,临床病史分析、影像学和脑电图检查及鉴别诊断尤为重要。Objective To explore the clinical and electroencephalographic features of several epilepsy and epilepsy syndromes in special forms,and to provide evidence for early identification and treatment. Methods Epilepsy data of 116 special forms were collected,and EEG,laboratory examination and imaging data of the attack period and interictal period were summarized,and clinical features were analyzed. Results The clinical onset age was 2 to 65 years old;41 cases of vomiting occurred,most of which were considered to be Panayiopoulos syndrome （PS）;headache attack may be a manifestation of different types of epilepsy and a manifestation after illness,or other non expression a symptom of epileptic disease.Abdominal pain as a classification of epilepsy or epilepsy syndrome is difficult to establish;laughter episodes with hypothalamic hamartoma can exist independently. Conclusion Seizures have various forms of seizures;some special forms of disease can be either an independent epilepsy or epilepsy syndrome,a manifestation of seizures,or coexistence with certain diseases.Therefore,clinical history analysis,imaging and EEG examination and differential diagnosis are particularly important.
