摘 要:根据离合器液压操纵系统的结构组成,分析系统力和行程的动态传动过程,建立了动力学微分方程,在Matlab/Simulink环境下建立了不同主缸弹簧刚度和活塞面积,油液阻尼参数下的离合器液压操纵系统仿真模型,导入膜片弹簧小端的力和行程进行仿真,得到在踩下踏板和松开踏板过程中,踏板力和踏板行程随时间的变化曲线。仿真结果为离合器操纵系统的设计改进提供了新的理论方法。The dynamic driving process of system force and stoke were analyzed based on the clutch hydraulic control system structure,then the dynamics differential equation were established. In matlab/simulink,simulation models were established under different master cylinder spring stiffness and piston area and oil damping parameters. Input the diaphragm spring small end force and stroke,then get pedal force and pedal stroke curve along with the change of time. Dynamic tests have been carried out on the clutch control characteristic test bench system,and the simulation and experimental results were analyzed. Results show that the simulation results and experimental results are basically consistent,verify the validity of the simulation model. Dynamic model analysis provides a new theoretical method for the design improvement of clutch control system.
