黄芪桂枝五味汤联合度洛西汀治疗产后身痛伴抑郁、焦虑症状对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨黄芪桂枝五味汤联合度洛西汀对产后身痛伴抑郁、焦虑症状患者的疗效。方法将51例产后身痛伴抑郁、焦虑症状患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组用黄芪桂枝五味汤联合度洛西汀治疗,对照组用黄芪桂枝五味汤治疗,共治疗8周。分别于基线及治疗后第4、8周末用疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对患者进行评估。结果治疗后第8周末,两组VAS、SDS和SAS评分均低于基线时(P<0.05),且研究组VAS、SDS和SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组VAS减分率与SDS、SAS减分率呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五味汤联合度洛西汀可有效改善产后身痛患者的疼痛、抑郁和焦虑症状。Objective To explore the effects of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwei decoction combined with duloxetine to treat patients with postpartum pain associated with depression and anxiety. Methods A total of 51 patients with postpartum pain associated with depression and anxiety were randomly divided into study group with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwei decoction combined with duloxetine and control group with Huangqi Guizhi Wuwei decoction for 8 weeks of treatment. They were assessed with Visual Analogue Scale（ VAS）,Self-Rating Depression Scale（ SDS） and Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（ SAS） at the baseline,the 4 th weekend and the 8 thweekend of treatment. Results At the end of 8 thweekend of treatment,the scores of VAS,SDS and SAS in two groups were all significantly lower than those at baseline（ P 〈 0. 05） and the scores of VAS,SDS and SAS in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions It’s effective for Huangqi Guizhi Wuwei decoction combined with duloxetine to relieve the pain,depression and anxiety symptoms in patients with postpartum pain.
