摘 要:目的探讨应用即时通讯工具微信辅助案例教学在胃肠外科实习中的作用,评估教学效果。方法选择浙江中医药大学临床医学专业本科轮转至胃肠外科实习生40名作为研究对象,将其随机分成实验组及对照组。实验组采取微信辅助案例教学方法。对照组按传统教学。结果实验组学生的实践考核及出科成绩高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微信平台辅助案例教学方法有助于提高实习效果,为胃肠外科临床实习教学改革提供了新的思路和模式。Objective To explore the role of We Chat assisted case teaching in the practice of gastrointestinal surgery, and to evaluate the effect of teaching. Methods 40 undergraduates from clinical medicine to gastrointestinal surgery in Zhejiang Chinese Medicine University were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group adopted We Chat assisted case teaching method. The control group was taught in traditional teaching. Results The practical examination and grades of the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The aided case teaching method of We Chat platform helps to improve the effect of practice, and provides new ideas and models for the reform of clinical practice teaching in the gastrointestinal surgery.
