摘　　要：将"大思政"的理念与工匠文化紧密融合,探讨在医学院校厚植工匠文化的路径和方法。强调"工匠精神"的培育不仅需要专业能力和技能的提升,更重要的是要加强顶层设计、强化协同育人、实践"多点聚焦"。通过切实推进全程育人、全方位育人的"大思政"理念,以期实现医学生在知识深度、广度、能力宽度、职业精神和工匠精神五位一体的提升。The concept of ＂great thought＂ was closely integrated with the culture of craftsmen to explore the paths and methods of thickening artisan culture in medical colleges. Emphasizing that the cultivation of craftsman spirit＇ requires not only the enhancement of professional capabilities and skills, but more importantly, strengthen the top-level design, strengthen the coordination in educating people, and practicing ＂multi-point focus＂. By promoting the concept of ＂great thought＂ in the whole process of educating and educatingpeople all the way, it is expected to realize the promotion of medical students in the integrated knowledge depth, breadth, ability width, professional spirit and the spirit of the craftsman.
