老年单发早期胃癌内镜黏膜下剥离术的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年单发早期胃癌内镜黏膜下剥离术的效果。方法:收治单发早期胃癌患者60例,根据年龄分为老年组和中青年组,各30例。所有患者均采用内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组患者术中失血量、手术时间、住院时间、整块切除率、治愈性切除率、并发症发生率以及复发率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:内镜黏膜下剥离术治疗老年单发早期胃癌,效果显著,安全性高。Objective：To investigate the effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection for elderly patients with single early gastric cancer.Methods：60 patients with single gastric cancer were divided into the old aged group and the young-middle aged group according to age,with 30 in each group.All patients were treated by endoscopic submucosal dissection.Results：There was no significant difference in the perioperative data and recurrence rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）,including the amount of blood loss,the operation time,the time of hospitalization,the total resection rate,the cure rate,the incidence of complications,and the rate of recurrence.Conclusion：Endoscopic submucosal dissection is effective and safe in the treatment of single gastric cancer in the elderly.
