摘　　要：目的:探讨偏头痛患者感觉记忆与事件相关电位。方法:收治偏头痛患者78例作为病例组,同期选取健康职工72名为对照组,分析两组患者失匹配负波(MMN)潜伏期与波幅。结果:病例组MMN潜伏期长于对照组,MMN波幅低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:无先兆性偏头痛患者在发作间期存在感觉记忆的减退,存在认知功能障碍,且事件相关电位MMN在操作过程中不受受试者注意力的影响。Objective：To explore the relationship between sensory memory and event-related potentials in patients with migraine.Methods：78 patients with migraine were selected as case group,72 healthy workers were selected as the control group,the latency and amplitude of MMN were analyzed in two groups.Results：The latency of MMN in case group was longer than that in control group and amplitude was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There is a loss of sensory memory in the interattack period in patients without omen and there is cognitive dysfunction,and the event related potential MMN is not affected by the attention of the subjects during the operation.
