摘　　要：目的:探讨EB病毒核抗原-1(EBNA1)在恶性淋巴瘤发生中的意义。方法:收集50例淋巴瘤组织蜡块和20例癌旁正常组织蜡块,采用免疫组织化学SP法检测EBNA1的表达情况。结果:EBNA1在淋巴瘤标本和癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:EBNA1在淋巴瘤中的表达上调,EBNA1的阳性表达率与恶性淋巴瘤的临床分期和组织类型有关,推测EBNA1可能与淋巴瘤的预后有关。Objective：To investigate the significance of EBNA1 in the occurrence of malignant lymphoma.Methods：50 cases of paraffin block from lymphoma tissue and 20 cases of paraffin tissue adjacent to normal tissue were collected.The expression of EBNA1 was detected by immunohistochemical SP.Results：The positive expression rate of EBNA1 in lymphoma specimens and adjacent normal tissues was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The expression of EBNA1 in lymphoma is up-regulated,and the positive rate of EBNA1 is related to the clinical stage and type of malignant lymphoma.It is presumed that EBNA1 may be related to the prognosis of lymphoma.
