摘  要:创新精神的培养与实践能力的提高是应用型本科人才培养的重点。本文基于大学生营销策划大赛的视角,首先分析了营销策划大赛在大学生创新实践能力培养方面的积极作用;其次总结了基于营销策划大赛的探索性课程构建、实践教学改革及校企合作平台建设方面的有益尝试;最后提出了以大赛为载体的大学生创新实践能力培养模式的改进措施。The cultivation of innovative spirit and the improvement of practical ability are the emphases of the cultivation of applied undergraduate talents. Based on the perspective of college students' marketing planning contest,this paper first analyzes the positive role of marketing planning competition in cultivating college students' innovative practical ability, and then summarizes the exploratory curriculum construction based on marketing planning competition. The reform of practical teaching and the construction of cooperation platform between schools and enterprises are beneficial attempts. Finally, the author puts forward some measures to improve the mode of cultivating college students' innovative practical ability, which is based on the competition.
