摘　　要：本人深入分析新时代下高校学生特点,目前高校学生管理工作中存在的问题,提出了以育人为核心,以现代教育理念为引领,构建网络育人,服务育人,管理育人三大学生管理体系。以信息化建设、思政教育为两个重要抓手,在思想理念转变与提升、学生管理系统构建、学生管理规章制度制定、管理人员队伍建设四个方面提出了创新和下一步工作方向。I deeply analyze the characteristics of college students in the new era,the problems existing in the management of college students at present,and put forward the idea of education as the core and the modern education idea as the guide to construct the network to educate people and serve to educate people. Management education three college students management system. Information construction,ideological and political education for the two important grasp,in the ideological transformation and promotion,student management system construction,student management rules and regulations. Management team building four aspects of innovation and the next work direction.
