摘　　要：大学班主任是指导大学生如何做人、如何学习、如何生活的中坚力量,是联结学生与任课教师、学校与家庭、学校与社会的桥梁和纽带,在落实和完成学校的各项教育、教学目标中发挥着重要作用。本文笔者结合自身做大学班主任的工作实践,浅谈如何做好大学班主任工作的几点体会,以供交流。The university teacher is guiding students how to behave,how to learn,how to live the backbone of thebackbone strength,is a connection between students and teacher,school and family,school and society of the bridge andthe link,in implementing and finish all kinds of school education,and play an important role in the teaching goal.In thispaper,the author makes a brief discussion on how to do a good job as the head teacher of the university.
