浅谈高等职业院校中的考务管理工作

摘　　要：对于现阶段中国的教育教学国情来讲,考试仍是校验学生学习水平的一个重要手段,教学管理工作的考务管理一直都是高等职业院校的工作重点。考务管理工作的有效性直接影响高职院校的学风建设工作。我国高等职业院校的考务管理工作存在考卷质量不高、监考和后期评阅工作不规范等问题,为此本文作者分别在考前、考中、考后三阶段提出相应的加强考务管理工作的措施,以营造高职院校公平公正的考试氛围和学术氛围,从而提高高职院校培养的技能专业型人才质量。For the present situation of China＇s education and teaching,examination is still an important means toverify students＇ learning level,and the examination management of teaching management has always been the focus ofhigher vocational colleges.The effectiveness of examination management directly affects the construction of study style inhigher vocational colleges.There are some problems in the examination management of higher vocational colleges inChina,Therefore,the author puts forward corresponding measures to strengthen the examination management in thethree stages of pre - examination,mid - examination and post - examination,In order to create a fair and impartialexamination atmosphere and academic atmosphere in higher vocational colleges,improve the quality of skilledprofessionals in higher vocational colleges.
