摘  要:分子生物学课程一直是生物医学专业的教学难点。本研究通过改革课程授课内容和授课模式,把上课的重点从概念和知识点的记忆转变到以PBL教学法进行研究思维和实践能力的培养,从而使学生基本具备独立分析和解决在今后科研或工作中所遇到的分子生物学相关问题的能力。The teaching of molecular biology has long been recognized as a nodus both in biology and medicinestudents for many years.In this study,through innovating the teaching content and teaching mode,we changed theemphasis from rehearsing conception and knowledge points to developing mode of thinking and practical ability usingPBL didactics,to make students have the ability to independently analyze and solve the problems which will beencountered in future research or work.
