摘　　要：文章阐述了我国物流业发展的新趋势,对新形势下物流企业主要岗位及技能要求和岗位需求特点进行了分析,提出了新形势下高职物流人才培养的措施建议。即组建跨专业的物流人才培养教学团队;建立职业教育集团,多主体共育物流人才;根据职业标准重构物流专业课程体系;围绕岗位职业技能,构建实践教学体系;专业及课程设置应紧跟行业发展新趋势。This paper expounded the new trend of the development of the logistics industry in China, analyzed the main postsand the technical requirements and the characteristics of the post demand under the new situation, and put forward the measures forthe training of logistics talents in the new situation. That is to set upa cross professional logistics personnel training teaching team,establish vocational education group to train logistics personnel, restructure the logistics professional curriculum system according tothe professional standards, builda practical teaching system around the job skills, and the specialty and curriculum should follow thenew trend of industry development.
