摘  要:目的对比PASS矫治技术治疗牙列拥挤与前突拔牙病例前后牙弓宽度的变化,为临床应用提供参考。方法选取50例拔除四个第一前磨牙PASS矫治技术治疗患者,分为拥挤组和前突组进行对比研究,收集病人治疗前和治疗后的模型.测量上颌牙弓尖牙间、第一磨牙间及第二磨牙间牙弓宽度,并进行统计学分析。结果拔除四个第一前磨牙矫治后,两组尖牙区牙弓宽度均增加,磨牙区的牙弓宽度则减小;拥挤组的尖牙区牙弓宽度增加更为明显,磨牙区牙弓宽度减小在两组间无显著性差异。结论 PASS矫治技术拔牙矫治后牙弓宽度变化与拥挤部位、程度及前突的程度有关,其牙弓宽度变化主要与牙齿移动方向有关;拥挤组患者拔牙矫治后尖牙区牙弓宽度增加较明显,治疗后的需要较时间的保持。Objective To investigate the changes of arch width with Physiological anchorage SPee's aPPliance in contrast dentition crowding and Protrusion cases,in order to Provide reference for clinical aPPlication.Methods 50 Patients with four first Premolar extraction treatment of Patients with PASS technique,sub crowded grouP and Protrusion grouP underwent comParative studies,taken before and after treatment to measure the canine,first molar and second molar model,and by statistical analysis.Results After treated by PASS technique,the Patients got goodresults.The inter-canine width Was increased,the inter-molar width were decreased.Conclusion Dental arch widths of extraction cases increased significantly after the treatment and the change related to how and where the crowding and Protrusion existed,the change related to the direction of the tooth movement.After correction of the crowded grouP of tooth extraction canine arch as width increased more significantly,after treatment to maintain it longer needed.
