摘　　要：确定根管工作长度是根管治疗过程中的重要步骤。合理的根管预备,彻底的根管消毒,良好的根管充填密封取决于准确的根管工作长度。影响根管工作长度准确性的因素很多,主要可归纳为为三个方面:第一是根尖区域解剖形态的复杂性,第二是各种测量方法的局限性,第三是根管治疗过程中根管系统的可变性。本文就这三个方面做简要分析并探讨对策。The determination of root canal working length is an imPortant steP in root canal treatment.Correct cleaning and shaPing,thorough microbial disinfection,and hermetic sealing of the root canal dePend on the accurate determination of working length.There are many factors influencing the accuracy of root canal working length,which can be summarized into three asPects：the comPlexity of the aPical anatomy,the limitations of various measurement methods and the variability of the root canal system during root canal theraPy.This review Provides a brief analysis of influence factors in determining the root canal working length and methods to gain more accurate results.
