摘 要:目的探讨南充地区错颌畸形患者Bolton指数不调的发生率情况。方法选取2015年06月~2017年06月年就诊于川北医学院附属医院口腔科患者300例的正畸石膏模型作为研究对象。其中,男150例,女150例,按照安氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类错颌畸形分为三组,各100例。对每个模型进行Bolton指数前牙比及全牙比的测量和计算。分别以国人平均Bolton指数标准得出南充地区错颌畸形患者Bolton指数不调的发生率。同时,获得南充地区错颌畸形患者Bolton指数范围及与国人平均正常值相比有无差异。结果南充地区错颌畸形患者Bolton指数前牙比及全牙比不调的发生率分别为53.76%和41%。各类错颌畸形Bolton指数不调发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),男性Bolton指数不调发生率显著高于女性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。南充地区错颌畸形患者Bolton指数范围与国人平均正常Bolton指数范围相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。以Bolton不调量TSD≥1.5 mm为标准,前牙不调的发生率为25.67%,全牙不调的发生率为25%。前牙不调及全牙不调发生率在安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形患者中显著高于安氏Ⅰ类及Ⅲ类,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论南充地区错颌畸形患者中Bolton指数不调的发生率高,应成为错颌畸形患者诊断设计的常规测量指标。国人正常Bolton指数平均值同样适用于南充地区。Objective To investigate the incidence of Bolton index disorder in Nanchong area.methods The orthodontic plaster model of 300 patients in Stomatology Department of the Afliated Hospital of North Sichuan Medical College from 2015.06 to 2017.06 were selected.150 males and 150 females were divided into three groups according to Angle malocclusion classifcation method. Bolton index anterior tooth ratio and overall tooth ratio were measured and calculated for each model. According to the average normal Bolton index standard of Chinese, the incidence of Bolton index irregularity of the Nanchong area was obtained. At the same time, calculate the Bolton index range of Nanchong area and compare with the normal value of the Chinese.Results The incidence of Bolton index anterior teeth ratio and overall teeth ratio of malocclusion patients in Nanchong area were 53.76 % and 41.0 %, respectively. Bolton index discrepancy of diferent malocclusions have no signifcant statistical diference (P〉0.05).And there was signifcant diference of Bolton index discrepancy between sexes (P〈0.05).Futhermore,there was no signifcant diference between Bolton index in Nanchong area and Bolton index of Chinese normal occlusion (P〉0.05).When more than 1.5 mm Bolton tooth size discrepancy (TSD)expressed in millimeters was use, The incidence of anterior teeth discrepancy was 25.67 %, and the incidence of total tooth was 25 %.There was signifcant diference in the incidence of anterior and total tooth size discrepancy among the three types of malocclusion (P〈0.05).Conclusion The incidence of Bolton index disorder in Nanchong area is high,which should be a routine measure for the diagnosis and design of malocclusion patients.The average Bolton index of Chinese normal occlusion also applies to the Nanchong area.
