摘  要:综述了近年来国内外检测多氯联苯的3类分析方法:色谱法、酶联免疫法和新型检测法。指出:色谱法应用广泛,酶联免疫法具有较低的检测限,新型检测法灵敏、快速、成本低,是未来研究的热点。Three main methods for determination of PCBs in recent years, i.e., chromatography,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay and novel detection methods, were reviewed. It indicated thatchromatography has been widely used, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay has rather low detectionlimits, and novel detection methods are sensitive, fast and cost-effective. In the future, the novel detectionmethods could be the focus of the research.
