摘 要:对浓度相同的不同基体,用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱测定铬(4 mg/L),发现:盐酸、高氯酸有负干扰。随着盐酸基体浓度(1%~5%)的增加产生的负干扰也增大,高氯酸基体浓度(1%~5%)产生的负干扰趋于恒定。高氯酸在加入4 mg/L铬溶液时产生的负干扰为0.5 mg/L左右。加入抗坏血酸与乙酸铵混合液可以去除干扰。建立湿法消解电感耦合等离子体测定总铬方法,测定GSS-4均值为363.3 mg/kg,在标准值范围内。To determine 4 mg/L of chromium in different matrix by inductively coupled plasma opticalemission spectrometry (ICP-OES), the negative interference was found from hydrochloric acid andperchloric acid. Along with the increase of hydrochloric acid or perchloric acid content from 1% to 5% inthe matrix, the negative interference of the former would accordingly increase whilst that of the latter wouldtend to be constant. Perchloric acid could cause about 0.5 mg/L negative interference in 4 mg/L chromiumsolution. An addition of ascorbic acid and ammonium acetate mixture could eliminate the interference.With a method for the determination of total chromium by wet digestion ICP-OES, the mean value ofGSS-4 was 363.3 mg/kg, within the standard range.
