摘　　要：高校图书馆在信息技术不断发展的大环境下,走上了智慧图书馆的发展道路,其服务职能和工作内容都发生了巨大变化,同时也对其馆员的职业能力提出了更高的要求。文章由我国智慧图书馆的研究现状展开,讨论高校图书馆员在智慧图书馆发展的大环境下应当达到的要求,对其职业能力建设提出了几点建议。With the continuous development of information technology, the university library has embarked on the development road ofthe intelligent library, and its service function and work content have changed greatly. At the same time, it also puts forward higherrequirements for the professional ability of its librarians. This article is based on the research status of the intellectual Library in China, anddiscusses the requirements for the university librarians in the development of the intelligent library, and puts forward some suggestions onthe construction of their professional ability.
