摘　　要：随着我国科学技术的快速发展,为了适应时代发展的需求,我国在教育模式方面也在积极探索,当前校企合作成为了当前专家学者研究的热点问题。本文探讨了目前校企合作存在的主要问题,论述了"订单式"校企合作模式的背景、主要内容,并以台达集团为例论述,为校企合作模式的发展提供了一定的参考。With the rapid development of science and technology in China, in order to meet the needs of the development of the times,China is also actively exploring the educational model. The current school-enterprise cooperation has become a hot issue for experts andscholars. This paper discusses the main problems existing in the current school-enterprise cooperation, discusses the background and maincontents of the ＂order-based＂ school-enterprise cooperation model, and discusses the development of the school-enterprise cooperationmodel with Delta Group as an example.
