摘　　要：根据学习支持服务的基本理念和原则,探讨在高职院校实施以数字化学习中心为支撑平台的教学活动中个性化学习支持服务体系的构建。提出了学习支持服务实现的方法和思路,包括坚持导师制度、重视技术支持团队建设、倡导朋辈互学、线上线下结合、依靠大数据技术、适当运用人工智能等。According to the basic concepts and principles of learning support services, this paper discusses the construction of personalized learning support service system in the teaching activities of higher vocational colleges with digital learning center as the supporting platform. The methods and ideas for implementing learning support services are proposed, including adhering to the tutor system,attaching importance to the construction of technical support teams, advocating peer-to-peer learning, online and offline integration, relying on big data technology, and appropriate use of artificial intelligence.
