摘　　要：千斤顶虚拟装配的难点在于矩形螺纹的装配。基于SolidWorks软件,提出几何约束法实现矩形螺纹装配及运动仿真。仿真结果生动形象,可以方便用于多媒体教学,有助于学生对知识的理解,激发学习兴趣;也为同类虚拟教学模型的制作提供有效参考。The difficulty of the jack virtual assembly lies in the assembly of square threads. Based on the SolidWorks software,a geometric constraint method is presented in this paper to realize the assembly and motion simulation of square thread. The simulation results are vivid; it can be used in multimedia teaching,which can help students to understand knowledge and stimulate interest in learning. It also provides a useful reference for the production of the similar virtual teaching models.
