摘  要:介绍了某雷达方位驱动系统的构成和摆线针轮减速机的原理和特点。通过对某雷达方位驱动系统中摆线针轮减速机输出轴径向力的校核,发现该摆线针轮减速机的选型可能存在与伺服电机不匹配的问题。指出在进行摆线针轮减速机选型时,除了考虑输入转速、减速比、许用输入功率、许用输出转矩这些参数,还必须校核摆线针轮减速机输出轴的径向力。如果不满足要求,可以考虑选用较大型号的摆线针轮减速机或选用重径向负载型的摆线针轮减速机予以解决。In this paper,the composition of a certain radar azimuth drive system and the principle and characteristics of cycloid pinwheel reducer are firstly introduced. By checking the output axis radial force of the cycloid pinwheel reducer,it can be found that the selection of the cycloid pinwheel reducer may not match with the servo motor. It is pointed out that when selecting the cycloid pinwheel reducer,the radial force of cycloid pinwheel reducer output shaft must be checked in addition to the parameters of input speed,deceleration ratio,allowable input power and allowable output torque. A larger cycloid pinwheel reducer or a heavy radial load cycloid pinwheel reducer should be chosen if the requirements are not met.
