摘  要:制定了零件外侧凸(凹)椭球体的数控铣削加工工艺,在FUNAC系统和华中数控系统下手工编写了相应的数控铣削加工宏程序。并用CAXA自动编程软件实体造型、设置加工方法、自动生成凸(凹)椭球体的数控加工程序,进行了仿真加工。进而从加工精度和工时等方面比较了这三个程序,发现基于本文制定的数控加工工艺手工编写的数控加工宏程序结构紧凑、语句少占内存少、工时明显缩短。最后用Visual Basic语言编写了能够根据给定加工参数自动生成加工外露凸(凹)椭球体数控铣削加工宏程序的自动编程软件,该软件和现有自动编程软件相比,占内存少,使用方便,生成的程序的加工工时明显缩短。In this paper,the NC milling programming of the parts convex( concave) ellipsoid is developed,and the relevant macroprogram of NC milling process is manually written in the FUNAC system and the central China numerical control system.The NC processing program of CAXA automatic programming software is used to simulate the solid modeling,set up the machining method,and automatically generate the NC machining program of convex( concave) ellipsoid. Then the three procedures are compared from the aspects of processing precision and working hours; it is found that the manually written NC machining macroprogram based on the NC machining process of this article is compact in structure,easy to use,with few statements that take up less memory,and the working hours are significantly shortened. Finally,using the Visual Basic language,automatic programming software is written,which can automatically generate the macroprogram of NC milling programming of the parts convex( concave) ellipsoid according to the given processing parameters. Compared to the existing automatic programming software,this software takes up less memory and easy to use,and the processing time of the generated program is significantly shortened.
