摘 要:在活塞式无人机发动机高空性能模拟试验台上,进行了0-7000m海拔下的发动机性能试验,分析了海拔高度变化对活塞式无人机发动机的动力性、经济性性能影响规律。结果表明:随海拔上升,对置活塞汽油机的动力性下降,输出功率和转矩逐渐减小;汽油机的最大转矩对应转速逐渐右移;对置活塞汽油机的经济性下降,燃油消耗率逐渐增大,热效率逐渐降低,且在高海拔、低转速工况下,这一趋势更加明显。In the piston-type UAV engine high altitude performance simulation test bench, the engine performance test was performedat an altitude of 0-7000m above sea level. The influence of altitude changes on the dynamic and economic performance of piston UAVengine was analyzed. The results show that as the altitude increases, the power performance of the opposed-piston gasoline enginedecreases, and the output power and torque gradually decrease; the maximum torque of the gasoline engine corresponds to the speedgradually shifting to the right; the economy of the piston gasoline engine is decreased, and the fuel consumption rate gradually increases.Thermal efficiency is gradually reduced, and this trend is even more pronounced at high altitudes and low speeds.
