摘 要:为提高军用车辆的越野性能,基于齿轮几何学和机构学原理,在限滑差速器的基础上设计出一种具有锁止功能的螺旋齿轮限滑差速器,运用Solid Works软件进行了实体建模,为后续的仿真和参数化设计打下了基础,结构设计结果具有可行性,对于军用车辆差速器的改进优化、提升军用车辆在极限情况下的适应性具有一定的参考意义。In order to improve the off-road performance of military vehicles, based on the geometry of gears and the principle ofmechanics, a helical gear limited-slip differential with lock-up function was designed on the basis of the limited-slip differential, which wasimplemented using the software of SolidWorks. Solid modeling has laid the foundation for subsequent simulation and parameterized design.The result of structural design is feasible. It has certain reference significance for improving and optimizing military vehicle differentials andimproving the adaptability of military vehicles under extreme conditions.
