摘　　要：采用博弈理论研究考虑服务水平的平行进口供应链经济效用问题,推导出不同模式下的最优制造商批发价格、零售商销售价格以及决策者利润、消费者剩余和社会福利。探讨了不同模式下平行进口对供应链经济效用的影响以及平行进口模式下第三方零售商提供额外服务对供应链经济效用的影响,并进行灵敏度分析与数值算例。结果表明:并不是所有情况都允许平行进口,平行进口模式可以增加出口地区批发价格与零售价格,降低出口地区零售商利润和消费者剩余以及社会福利(损害原有地区消费者),提高进口地区零售商利润、消费者剩余以及社会福利。当第三方零售商提供额外服务时,出口地区批发价格和零售价格减少,零售商利润、消费者剩余和社会福利增加(与情形一相反),进口地区零售商、制造商利润以及社会福利降低,而消费者剩余增加,即在一定服务水平下,额外服务可以提高进出口地区消费者的满意度,增加产品销售量。The economic effects of parallel import supply chain considering service level is studied by using game theory. The optical wholesale price,sales price,profits of decision-makers,consumer surplus and social welfare are deprived under the different conditions. The economic effects of supply chain under parallel import and considering services level are discussed respectively. At last,numerical calculation and sensitivity analysis is conducted,the results show that the parallel import isn＇t always appearing,which can increase the wholesale price and sales price in export area,but it will reduce profit of retailer,consumer surplus and social welfare,and the situation is bad to original consumers. Parallel import strategy can enhance economic index in import area if be allowed. When the third retail provides the extra services for consumers of import area under parallel import,the economic index of export area is increased and reduce economic index in import area,but can increase consumer surplus of import area,this means extra services can improve consumer satisfaction of import and export area.
