摘 要:目前国内尚未开始全面而系统地研究农田间非标准路面的路面谱及农用拖拉机在这些路面工作时的地面反馈激励。科研工作者在研究拖拉机振动问题时受限于没有准确农田地面振动激励作为输入激励。针对这一现状,借鉴了公路、桥梁路面不平度的研究方法及经验,设计开发了一套适用于不同类型拖拉机且安装方便的地面反馈激励测试系统。采用实车测试的方法对农田间常见的几种非标准路面进行了测量,以功率谱密度分析作为研究方法,采用AR模型重构路面谱模型,提取特征值并与国家标准路面谱进行了对比。So far,comprehensive and systematic studies in the road spectrum of non-standard pavement in farmland,as well as the ground feedback excitation from tractors working on that have not started by Chinese researchers. Nowadays,in the absence of accurate vibration excitation,the research in tractor vibration suffers from the lack of input excitation. To overcome this shortcoming,drawing on the experience and research method in highway and bridge pavement roughness,a set of ground feedback excitation test system,which was suitable for different types of tractors and easy to install was developed.A series of the common non-standard pavements in farmland were measured via real vehicle test. The road surface spectrum was reconstructed by AR model,and the extracted characteristic values were compared with the national standard road surface spectrum.
