摘 要:为了解静电成像数字印刷设备关键部位的发展方向,在分析静电成像数字印刷的工作原理和静电成像设备发展历程的基础上,结合静电成像数字印刷设备的关键部位技术路线图,对静电成像印刷设备的关键技术进行归纳和分析;得到了静电成像设备主要朝着高效、低成本,高分辨率、高质量,节能环保等方向发展,同时在陶瓷感光鼓、LED光源、节能环保等技术方面有进一步的应用和研究。To understand the development direction of the key parts of electrostatic imaging digital printing equipment. The paper analyzed the working principle and development history of electrostatic imaging digital printing, combined the key technical roadmap of electrostatic imaging digital printing equipment, summarized and analyzed the key technologies of electrostatic imaging printing equipment. The result is that electrostatic imaging printing equipment mainly develops in the direction of high efficiency, low cost, high quality, energy-saving and environmental protection. In addition, there are further applications and researches in ceramic photosensitive drum, LED light sources, energy saving and environmental protection technologies.
