摘　　要：醇烯比是MTBE生产中的重要控制指标。针对MTBE装置进料C_4中不同异丁烯含量,分析了工业装置醇烯比的取值,提出了最大醇烯比的概念及其计算方法。利用不同企业MTBE装置实际烯醇比数据,得到了最大醇烯比与装置最可几醇烯比的关联方程式,为确定进料C_4中不同异丁烯含量对醇烯比的影响提供了依据。Alfin ratio is important control index in MTBE production. Aiming at the different isobutene contents of C4 in the feedstock of MTBE unit, this paper analyzed the value of the alfin ratio of industrial units, and put forward the concept of alfin ratio and its calculation method. The actual alfin data of the MTBE unit of different enterprises was used, the correlation equation of the maximum alfin ratio and the most probable alfin ratio was obtained, which provided a basis for determination of isobutene contents of C4 in the feedstock of MTBE unit.
