摘 要:针对分流型内平动齿轮传动装置的结构及运动特点,对其传动效率进行了研究,得到了分流型内平动齿轮传动装置整机传动效率的数学计算模型。以2齿差的内平动齿轮副为例对其啮合效率进行分析,传动比小于100时,啮合效率可达96.7%~98.2%。搭建了样机效率测试试验台,编写试验台实时效率监测软件,构建效率实时监测系统。试验结果表明,测试结果与理论分析结果能较好地吻合,效率数学计算模型正确可信,大传动比的分流型内平动齿轮传动具有很高的传动效率。According to the structure and motion characteristics of the split-power internal parallel moving gear transmission device,the transmission efficiency is studied,and the mathematical model of the transmission efficiency of the split-power internal parallel moving gear transmission device(SIPMGTD) is obtained. Taking the internal parallel moving gear pair(IPMGP) with 2 teeth difference as an example,the meshing efficiency is analyzed.When the transmission ratio is less than 100,the meshing efficiency can reach 96. 7% ~ 98. 2%. The efficiency test bench of the SIPMGTD prototype is set up,the real-time efficiency monitoring software of the experiment platform is compiled,and the real-time monitoring system of efficiency is constructed. The test results show that the test results are in good agreement with the theoretical analysis results. The mathematical model of efficiency is accurate and believable. The SIPMGTD with large transmission ratio has high transmission efficiency.
