摘　　要：目的探讨联合应用RetcamⅢ及SureSight检查婴幼儿眼病的效果观察。方法选择2016年1月至2017年1月在我院分娩的新生儿350例,随机分为对照组和联合组,各175例。对照组的婴幼儿使用SureSight检查,联合组的婴幼儿应用RetcamⅢ联合SureSight检查,比较两种方法对婴幼儿眼底疾病检出率的差异。结果对照组的检出率为15.4%,联合组的检出率为24.6%,联合组的检出率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论联合应用RetcamⅢ及SureSight检查具有更高的检出率,值得在临床推广。Objective To explore the effect of RetcamⅢ and SureSight on the screening of infant eye disease. Methods 350 cases of newborn infants who were born in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were randomly divided into control group and combined group. In the control group,the infants were examined with SureSight. The combination of Retcam Ⅲ and SureSight were used in the combined group to compare the difference in the detection rate of fundus disease in infants.Results The detection rate of the control group was 15.4%,and the detection rate of the combined group was 24.6%.The detection rate of the combined group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Combined use of RetcamⅢ and SureSight has a higher detection rate and is worthy of further clinical progression.
