春季卡他性角结膜炎眼表菌群的改变及分析

摘　　要：目的探讨春季卡他性角结膜炎眼表菌群类型与正常人的差异,以确定可能引起春季卡他性角结膜炎的主要病原菌。方法选取2017年1月至2017年6月于我院接受治疗的18例春季卡他性角结膜炎患者和22例接受检查的正常人的结膜囊分泌物进行标准细菌培养、鉴定,对检出细菌进行统计分析。结果正常人细菌总检出率为77.2%,春季卡他性角结膜患者中细菌总检出率为77.8%,无统计学差异(P>0.05);单个菌种分析结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌在春季卡他性结膜炎患者中的检出率(27.78%)明显高于正常人(4.55%),而表皮葡萄球菌在正常人中的检出率(45.45%)明显高于春季卡他性角结膜炎患者(5.56%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金黄色葡萄球菌可能是促进春季卡他性角结膜炎发生的主要病原菌,建议使用针对性的抗菌药物进行治疗。Objective To investigate the difference of ocular surface flora between koji keratoconjunctivitis and normal people in spring to determine the main pathogens that may cause keratoconjunctivitis in spring.Methods 18 cases of spring keratoconjunctivitis patients and 22 cases of normal conjunctival sac secretions were collected from January 2017 to June 2017 in our hospital.The standard bacterial culture was carried out.Bacteria were analyzed statistically.Results The total detection rate of bacteria in normal subjects was77.2%（17/22）.The total detection rate of bacteria in colorectal keratoconus was 77.8%（14/18）in spring,compared with no significant difference（P0.05）.The results of single strain analysis showed that the detection rate of staphylococcus aureus in patients with catarrhal conjunctiva（27.78%）was significantly higher than that in normal subjects（4.55%）,while that of Staphylococcus epidermidis was normal（45.45%）was significantly higher than that of patients with kacular keratoconjunctivitis（5.56%）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Staphylococcus aureus may be the main pathogen to promote the occurrence of keratoconjunctivitis in spring.It is recommended to use targeted antimicrobial agents for treatment.
