摘  要:以自锁液压支腿为研究对象,针对自锁支腿的工作情况,利用ANSYS建立其有限元模型并进行静力学分析,得到自锁支腿在自锁状态下应力应变的分布情况,结果表明:缸筒内壁径向变形与理论设计值趋于一致,充分说明了建模的正确性,其正应力以及接触面的接触应力分布较为复杂,但符合实际模型的力学特点,为进一步校核分析提供了基础,体现了有限元方法的优越性。同时,通过自锁液压支腿进行性能测试,得到支腿自锁能力满足设计要求,解锁压力符合实际工作的需要,为结构的进一步优化、改进提供参考。The self-locking hydraulic leg is taken as the research object. The finite element model( FEM) was established by ANSYS and the static analysis was carried out for the work of the self-locking leg. The distribution of the stress-strain of the leg in the selflocking condition was obtained. The result show: the radial deformation of the cylinder's inner wall is consistent with the theoretical design value,which fully explains the correctness of the model. The normal stress and the contact stress distribution of the contact surface are quite complicated,but it is in accordance with the mechanical characteristics of the actual model,which provides the basis for further finite element analysis and embodies the superiority of FEM. At the same time,through the self-locking hydraulic leg performance testing,the self-locking ability of the leg meet the design requirements,the unlock pressure meet the needs of practical work,which provides reference for the further optimization of the structure and improvement.
