摘  要:门座起重机变幅系统存在较复杂的机电耦合作用。为了优化门座起重机变幅系统机电系统的设计,建立了四连杆门座起重机变幅机构的机电耦合动力学方程。以某型号门座起重机为研究对象,通过Adams软件与Matlab/Simulink软件对该机电系统进行联合仿真,得出了在额定负载下,门座起重机变幅系统在工作过程中的动态特性曲线,验证了该机电系统设计的合理性。The luffing system of portal crane has a complex electromechanical coupling effect. In order to optimize the design of the electromechanical system,the electromechanical coupling dynamic equation is established. By taking portal crane of some models as the research object,the dynamic characteristic curve of the electromechanical system was gotten from combined simulation of the Adams software and the Matlab/Simulink software for the luffing system of portal crane under the rated load in the process of luffing. The rationality of the design of the electromechanical system has been verified.
