摘　　要：目的探讨生存素(Survivin)在不同TNM分期肝细胞癌组织中的表达情况及意义。方法收集40例TNM分期Ⅰ~Ⅳ期肝细胞癌患者术后的癌组织及其对应的癌旁组织标本和10例因肝外伤、肝血管瘤接受手术者的正常肝组织标本,采用免疫组织化学方法检测Survivin在各期癌组织、癌旁组织及正常肝组织中的表达情况。结果 Survivin在肝癌组织中的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织及正常肝组织(P均<0.05),且随着肿瘤分期的增加Survivin在癌组织及癌旁组织中的阳性表达率呈增高趋势(P<0.05)。结论Survivin在肝细胞癌组织、癌旁组织中的表达与肿瘤的TNM分期有关,其对肝细胞癌的化学诊断具有重要意义。Objective It is to investigate the expression of Survivin protein in different TNM stage of hepatocellular carcinoma（HCC） and its clinical significance.Methods Forty samples of HCC tissues from Ⅰ to Ⅳ stage and corresponding pericancerous tissues were collected after operation,and 10 samples of normal liver tissues were taken from patients with hepatic trauma、hepatic hemangioma underwent surgery.The expressions of Survivin in HCC,pericancerous and normal livers were determined by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression rate of Survivin in HCC was significantly higher than that in pericancerous and normal livers（P〈0.05）.With the tumor stage increased,the positive expression rate rate of Survivin in cancer tissues and adjacent tissues increased gradually（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The expression of Survivin in tumor and pericancerous tissues has relation with the TNM stage of cancer,which might be valuable for the application of chemical diagnosis in HCC.
