摘　　要：目的:探讨高迁移率族蛋白1(HMGB1)在慢性牙周炎牙龈组织中的表达以及与吸烟的关系。方法:收集慢性牙周炎(CP)患者的牙龈组织30例,其中轻中度15例,重度15例;不吸烟者12例,吸烟者18例。同时收集第三磨牙拔除者的健康牙龈组织30例作为正常对照,其中不吸烟者24例,吸烟者6例。用实时定量PCR法检测并比较各组牙龈组织样本中HMGB1 mRNA的表达水平。结果:与对照组相比,CP组牙龈组织中HMGB1 mRNA的表达水平显著升高(P<0.05),且重度CP组患者的表达水平显著高于轻中度CP患者(P<0.05);无论是CP组还是对照组,其牙龈组织中HMGB1 mRNA的表达水平均为吸烟者高于不吸烟者,且以CP组的表达水平最高(P<0.05)。结论:慢性牙周炎牙龈组织中HMGB1的表达升高与牙周炎程度有关;吸烟可导致牙龈组织中HMGB1的表达升高。AIM： To investigate the expression of High Mobility Group Box Protein 1 （ HMGB1 ） in patients with chronic periodontitis（CP） and its relationship with smoking. METHODS： 30 eases of CP and 30 eases of healthy gingiva （ the control） were included, and the CP group was divided into mild/moderate（ n = 15） and severe（ n = 15） CP group. In the CP group 12 eases were non smoking and 18 smoking. The expression of HMGB1 in gingiva of all the subjects was detected by qPCR. The statistical analysis was carried out by SPSS 23.0. RESULTS： HMGB1 expres- sion in CP group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05） , and HMGB1 in severe CP group was significantly higher than that in mild/nloderate CP group（P 〈 0.05）. The expression of HMGB1 in smoking CP group was significantly higher than that of the other 3 groups（P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION： The expression of HMGB1 in the gingiva with chronic periodontitis increases and the degree of periodontitis will be aggravated with the increase of the expression. Smoking can lead to higher expression of HMGB1 in gingiva.
