桩核修复前牙残冠及残根临床疗效的影响因素

摘　　要：桩核是治疗前牙残冠、残根最常见的修复方式,此修复方式利于前牙牙体组织的保留及功能、美观的恢复。桩核的设计与前牙修复的成功密不可分,本文就前牙残根、残冠进行桩核修复时,牙本质肩领、桩核的材料及尺寸、粘结材料等对前牙修复疗效的影响作一综述。Post-core is the most eomnlon prosthesis that can be used for the restoration of residual roots and crowns of anterior teeth after root canal treatment. It is beneficial to the retention and functional recovery of the dental tissue and the stress distribution of the anterior teeth. The design of the post - core is inextricably linked with the sue- eess of the anterior tooth restoration. This article reviews the of dentin collar ferrule, the material and the size of post - core and bonding on the curative effects of residual roots and crowns of anterior teeth.
