摘  要:学生工作与专业学习是大学教育的两大核心内容。而传统的高等教育实践与理论往往将学生工作视为单纯的管理过程,"第二课堂"对于专业学习而言只是形式上的补充,并未发挥实质意义上的"学习"功能。随着高等教育的不断发展,课堂学习体验和校园生活经历越来越融合为一种教育资源,教育已经延伸到课堂之外,教育者需将学习活动与校园生活整合为完整的教育资源,使其在不断地交流合作中完成人才培养的任务。国内高校学生工作应该聚焦于学业,并通过理论建设、模式创新、能力培养等途径实现工作制度的现代转型。Student work and professional study are two core contents of university education. The traditional practice and theory of higher education regards the students' affair as a simple management process. The"second classroom"is only a formal supplement to professional learning,and does not play a"learning"function in the substantive sense. With the continuous development of higher education,classroom learning experience and campus life experience are increasingly integrated into an educational resource. Education has extended beyond the classroom. Educators need to integrate learning activities and campus life into a complete educational resource. It completes the task of talent cultivation in constant exchange and cooperation. The work of domestic college students should focus on academics,and realize the modern transformation of the work system through theoretical construction,model innovation,and capacity development.
